This photo of Stanley School in the Wirral has been sent in from Raymond Sime. Raymond who is a Stanley lad took early retirement from the Foreign Office and little did he know that he would be buying a house just round the corner from another Stanley School.

Stanley Park Liverpool which sits on the corner between Liverpool and Everton Football clubs. It was opened on the 14th May 1870 by the Mayor of Liverpool.
Percy Street postcard. The frank on the postage stamp shows it was posted in the 1930's but the postcard actually dates from the early 1900's.
